In the mystical realm of the draft, Zombie Bombs emerged with a solid B- grade, hinting at a promising future. Their crystal ball foresees a majestic 11-5-0 record, positioning them to claim the coveted 2nd place in the league of Suck it up Buttercup!!!!. While the schedule may pose a challenge as the 6th toughest, this team is armed and ready to battle through the fantasy trenches.

Among the treasures unearthed in the draft, Isiah Pacheco shines as the crown jewel, snatched at pick 29 despite an ADP of 20. However, not all loot was of equal value, with Lamar Jackson proving to be a questionable investment at pick 5, far surpassing their ADP of 35. To add a twist of fate, three warriors from the same team, Dak Prescott, Jake Ferguson, and Rico Dowdle, have sworn allegiance to Zombie Bombs's cause, ready to conquer the fantasy battlefield.

Lamar Jackson No new player Notes

QB - Round 1, Pick 5 - Bye 14

2024 Rank: 40 - 2023 Rank: 40

For the first time in three seasons, Jackson was healthy for a full schedule last year, resting only for a meaningless Week 18. Good health and the playcalling of new offensive coordinator Todd Monken returned Jackson to the top five of fantasy quarterbacks and led to his second MVP award. Monken propelled Jackson to career highs for pass attempts (457) and passing yards (3,678 yards), although the Ravens still ran more than most teams. Jackson only threw 24 touchdowns, but his elite rushing picked up the slack as he averaged a league-high 5.6 yards per carry to lead all quarterbacks with 821 yards, adding five rushing TDs. He's never run for more than seven TDs in a season and probably won't go much higher than that while sharing a backfield with offseason signing Derrick Henry, but Jackson could also see an uptick in TD passes if tight end Mark Andrews enjoys better health after missing seven games last season. Wide receiver Zay Flowers gives Jackson another reliable target, with WR Rashod Bateman and TE Isaiah Likely shaping up as solid secondary options. Jackson's combination of efficient passing and elite rushing should lead to another top-five fantasy finish among quarterbacks.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Player Note

WR - Round 2, Pick 8 - Bye 5

2024 Rank: 8 - 2023 Rank: 8

While St. Brown may feel like the safe, boring pick in Round 1 of fantasy drafts, but he doesn't even need to match last year's stats to end up being a good choice at his mid-R1 ADP. With 4.51 speed at a hair under 6-foot, St. Brown is far from the traditional prototype for a No. 1 receiver, but he might be the new prototype in an NFL where offenses are increasingly dependent on short throws followed by YAC. A 2021 fourth-round pick, St. Brown first emerged as a star late in his rookie season when he had 560 yards and five TDs over the final six weeks. He then finished seventh among WRs in PPR points in 2022, before smashing his way through the league last season en route to a No. 3 finish. St. Brown was one of six non-QBs to average 20 PPR points, and it wasn't just cheap, reception-heavy production. He was third in receiving yards (1,515) and t-4th in receiving TDs (10), catching 72.6 percent of his targets for a career-high 12.7 yards per reception. The introduction of TE Sam LaPorta didn't stop St. Brown from crushing his previous highs for targets, yards and touchdowns, even with the rookie logging 120 targets and 10 TDs of his own. It's possible third-year wideout Jameson Williams gets more involved this year, but that might come at the expense of ancillary options rather than St. Brown and LaPorta. The Lions still have offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, quarterback Jared Goff and one of the most talented and experienced O-lines in the league, giving St. Brown a level of stability few other star players can match.

Derrick Henry No new player Notes

RB - Round 3, Pick 17 - Bye 14

2024 Rank: 12 - 2023 Rank: 12

Henry is 30 years old with over 2,000 carries in the NFL -- two thresholds you don't like to see for a running back. It's reasonable and even conventional to fear that Henry's rare athletic abilities might fall off a cliff soon, and there's no shortage of ugly decline cases among running backs. Henry might prove an exception, because as a 6-foot-3, 247-pound running back with incredible anchor he rarely takes the worst of any hit. The nondescript tackles and falls also take a toll, but will they affect Henry at the same rate that they would a mortal running back? If not, Henry should thrive in a Baltimore offense that already forces defenses to make difficult choices defending the run. With that said, even a strong season from Henry would likely entail one major shortcoming, as he's never been a high-volume target and will now play with a QB that's never thrown many passes to running backs. His TD projection, on the other hand, is among the league's best, as he scored at least 10 times each of the past six seasons and now joins an offense in which Gus Edwards had 13 TDs on 198 carries last year. With Edwards gone to the Chargers and 2023 rookie standout Keaton Mitchell recovering from a late-season ACL tear, Henry doesn't have much competition for carries from his fellow running backs, but sharing an offense with QB Lamar Jackson likely precludes leading the league in carries for a fifth time.

Deebo Samuel Sr. Player Note

WR - Round 4, Pick 20 - Bye 9

2024 Rank: 27 - 2023 Rank: 27

Samuel rebounded from a disappointing, injury-plagued 2022 and re-established himself as a premier weapon in 2023, though it was still a far cry from the heights of his 2021 breakout. He's been all over the place in terms of both cumulative and per-game production, averaging 21.5 PPR points in 2021, 13.3 in 2022 and 16.2 in 2023, thereby fluctuating from high-end WR1 to passable WR3 to solid WR2 (in fantasy terms). Samuel has been more valuable under standard scoring, but his reliance on touchdowns and big plays (rather than quantity of targets/receptions) further underscores the likelihood of continued inconsistency. There's also the matter of his physical running style and lengthy injury history, including seven documented incidents with his hamstrings or groins dating back to college. That's perhaps part of why he's often mentioned in trade rumors, with the latest whispers suggesting Samuel is likely to be shipped out next offseason. Of course, he can only be mimicked, not truly replaced, as he's a more powerful runner than nearly all RBs but still slick enough to get open against cornerbacks. The leaderboard for yards after catch tends to vary considerably from season to season, but Samuel has proven to be the outlier of all outliers, leading qualified WRs in YAC average four years running. Combining the YAC with his rushing yardage and red-zone carries makes for a pretty good fantasy package even if we anticipate some missed games.

2024 Rank: 18 - 2023 Rank: 18

A late-season shoulder injury cost Pacheco two games and Week 18 rest a third, but in the 14 games he played last season Pacheco showed a new level of skill (and fantasy value) relative to his promising 2022 rookie season. His fantasy value improved mostly because he jumped from 14 targets in 2022 to 49 last year, benefitting from Jerick McKinnon's injury but also an increase in Andy Reid's trust in Pacheco. The trust showed up in other forms, with Pacheco adding 35 carries (205-170) and four TDs (9-5) to his rookie-year totals despite playing three fewer games. If Pacheco can simply maintain last year's usage pace of roughly 250 carries and 50 catches per 17 games, we might be looking at a career year in 2024. Kansas City's depth chart is glaringly void of competition, with no incoming draft picks and Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Samaje Perine being the only other experienced running backs. Pacheco already showed last year what this breakout might look like -- if you include four playoff games his season total was 286 carries for 1,248 yards (4.4 YPC) and 10 touchdowns in 18 games, plus 65 receptions for 304 yards and two TDs.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (14)

Sam LaPorta New Player Note

TE - Round 6, Pick 32 - Bye 5

2024 Rank: 31 - 2023 Rank: 31

LaPorta is looking for an encore after a record-setting rookie campaign in which he established a new high for catches by a first-year tight end (86) and had the fourth-most yards (889). He ranked fourth in catches and fifth in yards at his position last year, and his 10 touchdowns were at least four more than every other tight end scored. Remarkably, nine of those 10 TDs came at Ford Field, even though 63 of LaPorta's 120 targets came on the road. The 2023 second-round draft pick continued his success in the postseason, recording nine catches in two of Detroit's three playoff games after reaching that total only once during the regular season. LaPorta has a clear path to heavy usage again in 2024 after the Lions parted ways with WR Josh Reynolds (64 targets in 2023) without making any major additions on offense, but LaPorta will have a tough time replicating his scoring prowess barring an increase in red-zone targets from last season's 16, which was fourth-most among TEs.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (16)

Dak Prescott Player Note

QB - Round 7, Pick 41 - Bye 7

2024 Rank: 71 - 2023 Rank: 71

Mike McCarthy's first season as the playcaller in Dallas worked out well for Prescott, who used 590 pass attempts to throw for 4,516 yards (3rd in NFL) and a league-high 36 touchdowns. Prescott's season really got humming after the team's Week 7 bye when the Cowboys's pass rate jumped to 60.8 percent, as his yards (3,183) and TDs (30) both led the league in that span. Prescott's league-leading 81.2 on-target percentage was boosted by a lot of quick passes, but he also went downfield at a slightly higher rate than usual and tossed eight TD passes on attempts of 20-plus air yards (second most). CeeDee Lamb was his only major playmaking threat at wide receiver last season, and that likely will be the case again this year as Brandin Cooks and Jalen Tolbert are next on the depth chart. Tight end Jake Ferguson is back after breaking out for 71 catches, 761 yards and five TDs last season, but the backfield is a wild card with Tony Pollard exiting and Ezekiel Elliott returning. Prescott also could face regression in the red zone after his 26.0 percent TD pass rate led to a league-high 27 RZ touchdowns last season.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (18)

Rachaad White Player Note

RB - Round 8, Pick 44 - Bye 11

2024 Rank: 45 - 2023 Rank: 45

White was a big-play specialist at Arizona State, but he successfully rebranded as a high-volume workhorse for the Buccaneers last season, even as his big plays dried up with the transition. He took more carries in 2023 (272) than he did in his two years at Arizona State combined (224), also more than doubling his 2022 rookie-year total (129). White handled the burden with ease, averaging 50.6 snaps and 19.8 touches in 17 regular-season games en route to a No. 4 finish among RBs in PPR points (No. 8 in standard scoring). White averaged 3.6 yards per carry and had only three rushes of 20-plus yards, but his pass-catching production was elite by any measure. A 91.4 percent catch rate (64 receptions on 70 targets) led all qualified pass catchers, and his 8.6 yards per reception ranked fourth among running backs. Eight RBs got more targets, but only three caught more passes and only two had more receiving yards. The big concern with White is that he'll eventually lose playing time and touches (mostly carries) if he doesn't improve his rushing efficiency -- a risk that may be higher with Liam Coen replacing new Panthers coach Dave Canales as Tampa's offensive coordinator. The Bucs didn't sign any RBs of significance this offseason but did spend a fourth-round pick on Bucky Irving, whose draft stock had seemed to tumble after a 4.55 40-yard dash (at 192 pounds). White was a late-third-round pick, back in 2022, but he's bigger (6-0, 214) faster (4.44 40) and now much more experienced.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (20)

Jordan Love Player Note

QB - Round 9, Pick 53 - Bye 10

2024 Rank: 69 - 2023 Rank: 69

It took half the season, but the Packers found their next franchise quarterback. Love struggled a bit in the first eight weeks last year, throwing 11 touchdowns against eight interceptions as the team went 2-5. But the light switched on in the second half, and he threw 21 touchdowns to just three interceptions as the Packers went 7-3 to make the playoffs. In that span, Love was top eight in the NFL for completion percentage, on-target percentage, TD percentage and YPA. He dominated with the deep ball as well, with 20 completions on attempts of 20-plus yards (second only to Dak Prescott's 26). Love finished the season seventh in passing yards (4,159) and second in touchdown passes (32). The Packers' skill players are young and talented, led by wide receivers Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks as well as tight ends Luke Musgrave and Tucker Kraft. Green Bay swapped out RB Aaron Jones for Josh Jacobs and drafted running back MarShawn Lloyd in the third round for improved backfield depth. Love even adds a bit of rushing production (247 yards, four TDs), which gives him a shot at repeating last year's QB5 fantasy finish.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (22)

Dalton Kincaid Player Note

TE - Round 10, Pick 56 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 67 - 2023 Rank: 67

Kincaid finished third on the Bills with 673 receiving yards last year, and the team has since parted ways with both of the players that outproduced him. The Bills drafted WR Keon Coleman in the second round in and gave Curtis Samuel a three-year contract, but that's almost certainly not enough to replace the 241 targets, 1,929 yards and 15 TDs that Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis accounted for last season (even if the Bills also get contributions from discount signings like Chase Claypool and Mack Hollins). The real answer may be Kincaid, a 2023 first-round pick who came on strong last season after seeing only 19 targets through six weeks. He averaged 6.5 targets per game from Week 7 onward, establishing himself as Buffalo's top pass catching tight end over Dawson Knox. While Knox had only 36 targets overall, he saw eight in the red zone to Kincaid's nine, and they finished with only two TDs apiece. Kincaid's volume potential in an offense with a top quarterback is enticing, but he'll probably need more usage by the goal line to join the top tier of fantasy tight ends.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (24)

Jayden Reed No new player Notes

WR - Round 11, Pick 65 - Bye 10

2024 Rank: 80 - 2023 Rank: 80

Reed didn't seem to attract as much fantasy attention last summer as a second-round pick typically would, but it didn't take long for a correction after he won Green Bay's slot job out of the gate. Adequate in terms of both size (5-11, 187) and timed speed (4.45 combine 40), Reed quickly proved that he's a smooth route-runner and elusive with the ball in his hands, making him more of a big-play threat than other slot receivers. He took more than 70 percent of his snaps inside, but his aDOT (10.0) and touchdown-scoring (eight rushing, two receiving) were more akin to what we'd usually see from perimeter receivers. Reed threatened all areas of the field from the slot, seeing deep targets, quick throws and hand-offs, and he ultimately had more receiving yards (793) than he'd produced during his final season at Michigan State (636). An 11-119-2 rushing line further boosted Reed's production and allowed him to finish 18th in standard scoring among WRs, but continued statistical growth isn't guaranteed in 2024, as he'll likely have TD regression and is sharing an offense with WRs Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (26)

Kirk Cousins No new player Notes

QB - Round 12, Pick 68 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 130 - 2023 Rank: 130

Cousins' season was cut short last year when he tore his Achilles tendon in October. He signed this offseason with the Falcons for $100 million guaranteed, but it remains to be seen if he'll get the volume in Atlanta that he did in Minnesota. Last season, he was on pace for 5,000 yards and 40 touchdowns when he went down, thanks to a league-leading 38.9 pass attempts per game. Cousins did it without much deep passing, as his air yards per attempt dropped to 7.3 (24th in the league) and he threw beyond 20 yards downfield on only 6.4 percent of his attempts (31st). Cousins never had a big arm anyway, so relying on intermediate targets at 36 years old is probably the correct formula. Still, his lack of running ability means he'll probably need 600-plus pass attempts under new Falcons offensive coordinator Zac Robinson to pay off in a big way for fantasy. Cousins also needs to return healthy and regain his old form, no easy task given the severity of the injury and his age. If not, Michael Penix, the surprising eighth overall pick in this year's draft, will be ready to step in with his cannon arm and superior mobility. A lot can go wrong for Cousins, but he'll at least have a strong offensive line and talented playmakers to prop him up as a solid QB2 for fantasy if he holds up his end of the bargain.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (28)

Alvin Kamara Player Note

RB - Round 13, Pick 77 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 60 - 2023 Rank: 60

It's difficult to project Kamara's fantasy football prospects going forward because 2023 marked the third straight year of decline for his once-elite rushing efficiency and touchdown production. Part of that drop off was for reasons outside of his control -- namely the retirement of Drew Brees and subsequent declines in the Saints' QB and O-line play -- but it's also fair to wonder if the 29-year-old RB has lost a step. Although Kamara took more carries per game each of the past three years than in any of his four seasons playing alongside Brees, there's been a massive trade off in terms of rushing efficiency, dropping from 5.0 YPC in 2017-20 all the way to 3.9 YPC in 2021-23. Kamara also lost a lot of his receiving volume post-Brees, but that part rebounded last season (86 targets in 13 games) with Derek Carr at quarterback. After serving a three-game suspension to start the year, Kamara averaged 19.6 touches and 42.9 touches over the next 13 games, scoring six TDs and tying for the second most targets (86) among running backs. Free-agent addition Jamaal Williams averaged just 7.8 touches for 25.3 yards in the games both he and Kamara played, but 2023 third-round pick Kendre Miller could prove more of a threat in 2024 after his strong finish to an injury-marred rookie year.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (30)

Raheem Mostert No new player Notes

RB - Round 14, Pick 80 - Bye 6

2024 Rank: 64 - 2023 Rank: 64

Mostert's triumphant 2023 season was a fun one to witness as the 31-year-old played the unlikely role of league touchdown leader (with 20 in 15 games). At the same time, rookie De'Von Achane emerged in Miami's backfield as one of the top long-distance threats in the league, averaging 7.8 yards on 103 carries while scoring 11 total TDs of his own (in 11 games). The two seemingly work well together, with a split workload reducing concerns about Mostert's injury history and Achane's small frame. Even last year, Mostert broke down physically as the year went along, indicating that 209 carries in 15 games might be too much for him. The strong likelihood of TD regressions means it will be nearly impossible to repeat last year's fantasy production even if he somehow repeats the carry count, but it's not out of the question for Mostert to stay alive in fantasy as an RB2 or FLEX starter.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (32)

Rashid Shaheed Player Note

WR - Round 15, Pick 89 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 106 - 2023 Rank: 106

Shaheed came onto the scene as an undrafted rookie in 2022, working his way up from the practice squad to a role returning kicks to part-time snaps on offense to a starting job. He finished his rookie year with 488 receiving yards on just 34 targets, having made big plays on catches, carries, kick returns and punt returns, with most of his offensive production concentrated toward the end of the season. Shaheed then entered his second pro season as the Saints' No. 3 receiver behind Chris Olave and Michael Thomas, and the result was a sizable rise in both volume (75 targets) and production (46-719-5) even as Shaheed's per-target efficiency declined from league-leading range in 2022 (14.4 YPT) to merely excellent in 2023 (9.6 YPT). He now looks to be second on the WR depth chart in New Orleans, but it's worth noting that he didn't get a big boost in playing time after Thomas suffered a season-ending injury last November. It's thus unclear if Shaheed will have a bigger role on offense under new coordinator Klint Kubiak, especially because he's so important on special teams and is thin for a wide receiver (6-0, 180). Olave is the clear top target for 33-year-old quarterback Derek Carr.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (34)

Jake Ferguson Player Note

TE - Round 16, Pick 92 - Bye 7

2024 Rank: 96 - 2023 Rank: 96

Ferguson had just 174 receiving yards as a rookie in 2022, but he broke out after Dalton Schultz's departure last offseason and finished in the top 10 among tight ends for catches (71), yards (71) and touchdowns (five). A league-high 25 of those 102 targets came in the red zone, making Ferguson perhaps unlucky not to score more TDs (he then had three in Dallas' lone playoff game. A 2022 fourth-round pick, Ferguson is slower than the top players at his position, having run a 4.81 40 at the combine, but that didn't stop him from having the fourth-best YAC average (6.0 yards) among qualified TEs last season. On the other hand, he didn't do much downfield, with his 5.2 aDOT being fifth shallowest at the position. Ferguson made do with short passes and easily finished second on the Cowboys in targets, with 21 more than Brandin Cooks (and 79 fewer than CeeDee Lamb). Ferguson's usage trended up as the season progressed, offering hope that he can improve on last year's target share (16.9 percent, 15th among TEs) and take another step forward as a fantasy asset.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (36)

Brian Robinson Jr. No new player Notes

RB - Round 17, Pick 101 - Bye 14

2024 Rank: 83 - 2023 Rank: 83

Robinson has been busy the last two years and heads into 2024 still the presumed starter at running back for Washington. The catch is that free agent pickup Austin Ekeler steals more pass-catching opportunities than most 'backup' running backs, to the point that Robinson might be reduced to a rushing specialist despite doing surprisingly well with his 43 targets last year (36-368-4 receiving line). With a career rushing average of 4.0 yards per carry and seven touchdowns on 383 attempts, Robinson seems unlikely to provide fantasy utility by way of rushing efficiency. If he loses any rushing-down snaps at all it could overtake his margin for error, and that too is a real possibility after fellow power back Chris Rodriguez earned some snaps/carries late in his 2023 rookie season. There's a lot that can go wrong for Robinson, but at least he's the favorite to start Week 1 under an offensive coordinator (Kliff Kingsbury) with experience crafting successful NFL rushing attacks around a dual-threat quarterback.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (38)

Brian Thomas Jr. Player Note

WR - Round 18, Pick 104 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 87 - 2023 Rank: 87

Thomas played second fiddle to sixth overall pick Malik Nabers at LSU, recording 359 yards in 2021 and 361 yards in 2022 before breaking out for 1,177 yards and 17 touchdowns last season. A 4.33 40 at the combine cemented Thomas as a first-round prospect, making him the physical prototype for a No. 1 receiver at 6-3, 209. It's not clear he has the route-running chops and change-of-direction skills to become an elite receiver, considering he was targeted on less than 19 percent of his routes each season at LSU. On the other hand, Nabers' presence partially explains the modest target rates, and there's no doubt Thomas did well with the chances he got, totaling 1,897 yards and 24 TDs on 187 career targets (10.1 YPT). Playing with Heisman-winning QB Jayden Daniels helped a lot, but even then Thomas' efficiency numbers were ridiculous last season -- 13.2 YPT with TDs on one-fourth of his 68 catches. He'll now compete for WR snaps in Jacksonville, where he and Gabe Davis were brought in to replace Calvin Ridley and Zay Jones (alongside incumbent starter Christian Kirk).

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (40)

Houston No new player Notes

DEF - Round 19, Pick 113 - Bye 14

2024 Rank: 217 - 2023 Rank: 217

Houston's defense underwent a drastic transformation under new coach DeMeco Ryans in 2023, finishing 11th in points allowed, 14th in yardage and 14th in D/ST scoring. No. 3 overall pick Will Anderson shone with seven sacks and 22 QB hits in 15 games, and he'll now have a lot of new faces joining him up front. The Texans revamped their defense this offseason, swapping out DE Jonathan Greenard for Danielle Hunter, LB Blake Cashman for Azeez Al-Shaair, DT Maliek Collins for Denico Autry, and DT Sheldon Rankins for Folorunso Fatukasi. They also signed CB Jeff Okudah to replace Steven Nelson, bringing in five experienced starters to replace those lost in free agency. While risky, the moves offer plenty of upside behind a pass-rushing trio of Anderson, Hunter, and Autry. The secondary should also be solid, bolstered by second-round pick Kamari Lassiter and still led by standout cover corner Derrick Stingley.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (42)

Evan McPherson No new player Notes

K - Round 20, Pick 116 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 234 - 2023 Rank: 234

McPherson's 2021 was one of the best years ever by a rookie kicker, featuring nine field goals of 50-plus yards (on 11 attempts) during the regular season and then 20 kicks without a single miss during the playoffs. He was merely average in his second season, going 5-of-5 from 50-plus but just 19-of-24 inside 50 yards. McPherson rebounded some last year, going 7-of-12 from 50-plus and 19-of-19 on shorter kicks. Overall, he's made 83.9 percent of field-goal attempts and 95.5 percent of PATs, including 75 percent of his long-distance attempts (21 of 28). The solid track record and favorable team context put McPherson in the second tier of kickers for fantasy this season, making him a worthwhile pick toward the end of drafts.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (44)

Jake Moody No new player Notes

K - Round 21, Pick 125 - Bye 9

2024 Rank: 225 - 2023 Rank: 225

Moody faced a lot of pressure as a rookie, coming in as a third-round pick on a Super Bowl-ready team. He wasn't great in the regular season, going 21-of-25 on field-goal attempts and 60 of 61 on PATs, before missing two more FGs and an extra point during the playoffs. Moody kicked a go-ahead, 53-yarder just inside the two-minute warning of the Super Bowl, making up for his missed PAT earlier in the game. It was an eventful rookie season, and presumably a decent enough one for Moody to keep his job in 2024. The 49ers are typically excellent in the red zone under coach Kyle Shanahan -- and also score from long distance a lot -- but Moody should at least pile up a ton of PATs if nothing else.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (46)

Keon Coleman No new player Notes

WR - Round 22, Pick 128 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 121 - 2023 Rank: 121

The Bills drafted Coleman with the 33rd overall pick this April, hoping that he and veteran free-agent addition Curtis Samuel can replace most of the WR snaps that went to Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis the past four years. Replacing their production will be harder, but it's an opportunity that gives Coleman a shot at instant fantasy value even though he just turned 21 in May. He isn't the fastest wide receiver (4.61 40) but makes up for it with size (6-3, 214) and strength, winning contested catches and gaining tough yards after the catch. His best college season came in 2022 at Michigan State, featuring 58 catches for 798 yards and seven touchdowns, while he took a step back in 2023 at Florida State in nearly every category besides TDs (of which he had 11 on 50 catches). Coleman, Samuel and Khalil Shakir are the favorites in Buffalo to get a lot of playing time at wide receiver and compete for Josh Allen's targets.

My Yahoo Fantasy Football Draft Grade & Recap (48)

Aaron Rodgers No new player Notes

QB - Round 23, Pick 137 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 143 - 2023 Rank: 143

Rodgers crushed the dreams of Jets fans everywhere when he tore an Achilles tendon on the first drive of the season last year. If he returns strength -- not a given at age 40 -- he'll have two premium weapons in WR Garrett Wilson and RB Breece Hall. But the Jets also have question marks, per usual. Free-agent WR Mike Williams is working back from a torn ACL, and third-round pick Malachi Corley is a small-school YAC specialist who ran a 4.56 40 and may have a hard time getting open in the NFL. The Jets' offensive line, at least, appears to be in much better shape compared to 2023. After allowing 64 sacks last year, the team added three experienced starters (LT Tyron Smith, LG John Simpson, RT Morgan Moses) and then drafted OT Olu Fashanu 11th overall. It's not a bad situation overall, but Rodgers isn't likely to rank among the league leaders in pass attempts and won't add much on the ground, making it difficult to rank as anything more than a QB2 for fantasy.

Greg Dortch No new player Notes

WR - Round 24, Pick 140 - Bye 11

2024 Rank: 240 - 2023 Rank: 240

Dortch has been a core special-teams player for the Cardinals. However, there have been times when Arizona dealt with injuries at wide receiver. When that happened, Dortch was put into a full-time receiving role. In games in which Dortch played more than 50 snaps over the last two years, he has been very productive. Entering 2024, Dortch seems to be the top option to serve as the No. 3 receiver, with his snaps coming in the slot. However, with Marvin Harrison, Michael Wilson and Trey McBride set for prominent receiving roles, there may not be regular targets available for Dortch. The receiver may need other teammates to miss time to be considered a reliable fantasy option.

Rico Dowdle New Player Note

RB - Round 25, Pick 149 - Bye 7

2024 Rank: 127 - 2023 Rank: 127

Dowdle is probably more of a clubhouse guy than a player you actually want on the field in an NFL offense. He has some burst and will run with a hot motor, but he was often hurt in college at South Carolina, where he also struggled with fumbling and poor pass-catching production. Dowdle's special teams contributions are probably a big part of why he stuck on the Dallas roster undrafted out of South Carolina back in 2020, and it probably can't be taken for granted that he holds off all of Royce Freeman, Deuce Vaughn and Malik Davis. The Cowboys signed Ezekiel Elliott and likely will re-install him as their starter, but Dowdle could have a decent-sized role as part of a committee backfield.

Buffalo No new player Notes

DEF - Round 26, Pick 152 - Bye 12

2024 Rank: 200 - 2023 Rank: 200

The Buffalo Bills had the NFL's most consistent defense over the past half decade, finishing top five in D/ST scoring the past three seasons and top 10 in the two years before that. With veteran coordinator Leslie Frazier stepping away last season, head coach Sean McDermott seamlessly filled in as the defensive playcaller -- a role he may relinquish to new coordinator Bobby Babich in 2024. The Bills face challenges after free agency cost them key players, namely S Jordan Poyer, CB Tre'Davious White, CB Dane Jackson and OLB Leonard Floyd. S Micah Hyde's future remains uncertain, with retirement in the picture, and LB Matt Milano is coming back from a major leg injury. Nonetheless, Buffalo has a decent collection of defensive talent, featuring LB Terrel Bernard, DT Ed Oliver, CB Christian Benford, CB Rasul Douglas and DE Greg Rousseau. There's even some hope, however small, for a Von Miller bounce back in the second year after his devastating knee injury. It's possible the Bills don't miss a beat, but there's a bit more risk now than there was the past few years.
