Once we are contracted for a job, Iguana Removal & Extermination Services conducted during site visits will be initiated on any iguanas that are able to be safely & humanely neutralized, detained & collected for euththanization. In most cases, iguana removal is typically performed by precision use of a pellet gun as this is the most effective & efficient way to quickly & humanely neutralize the most iguanas in the shortest amount of time.

Because safety is our top priority, we understand that sometimes there are situations when using the pellet gun to conduct iguana removal would not be appropriate (like at a crowded hotel pool or inside of a house). In situations like these we are oftentimes able to safely perform iguana removal using alternative methods such as:

• Using a 15’+ pole-snare (effective for noosing & detaining senior/adult iguanas that will remain still & allow humans to approach to < 15 ft)

• Use of an extension pole with a mechanical grab claw (aka “snake tongs”) to safely and securely grab iguanas that have come up a toilet and for handling aggressive & dangerous iguanas such as the “Spiny-Tail Iguana”
